Cruit B.V. is registered in Amsterdam at Valeriusstraat 176 (1075 GH), under the Chamber of Commerce number 88321908. The www.cruit.work, app, website and its content are owned and operated by Cruit. These general terms and conditions apply to your visit and your use of the website, and to the information, recommendations and / or services offered on or via this website. By visiting or using the website and app, you agree to these terms. Cruit can adjust these general terms and conditions at any time.

The login details and profile of the user are exclusively intended for the user who has provided this information to Cruit and who uses the applications to receive vacancies. It is not allowed to have personal login data or other data used by other persons. App users use this storage environment for their personal documents that may come in handy when referring jobs. They are responsible for the storage, deletion and modification of data. The app is intended for the personal use of the registered user only.

6. Use of the Website by Employer

Employer is responsible for the completeness and correctness of the information in vacancy texts and additional information provided by Employer. Cruit is in no way obliged to screen vacancy texts and additional information before it is placed on the Website. Employer ensures that no discriminatory texts are included in information supplied or uploaded by him. Employer ensures that the vacancies and his own account are current. This means that the User only places vacancies on the app and website that are actually open to the User at that time and the User will not leave double or obsolete vacancies on the Website and app or use vacancies as lead generator, bait or for Google optimization. Cruit is in no way liable for the quality of the candidate. When creating an employer account you agree to the above conditions. Cruit charges the employer an amount based on the chosen subscription and eglible external reward(s). When applicable, external rewards (amounts are determined by employer) will be invoiced to the employer and will be paid out by Cruit to the external referrer (minus a service %). The hiring of a candidate is outside the responsibility of Cruit and has no influence on the calculation of the aforementioned amount. Early departures of candidates and/or employees is outside the responsibility of Cruit and has no affect on the calculation of the aforementioned amount.

7. Other

Cruit is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18 unless permission has been obtained from Cruit. The use of this website and the information contained therein is at the users own risk. No rights can be derived from the content of this website. The (total or partial) invalidity or ineffectiveness of one or more conditions of these general conditions does not affect the validity or bindingness of the other provisions. In that case, the parties will replace the invalid or non-binding provisions as much as possible with valid and binding provisions, the effect of which is as much as possible equal to that of the invalid or non-binding provisions. Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions.
